The allied shinobi forces launched their final battle against Shibai Ōtsutsuki and the army of the dead. Tobitake Tonbo and a team of powerful fighters confronted Shibai while shinobi across the battlefield attacked the enemy forces and Mōryō.

• Tobitake Tonbo challenged Shibai Ōtsutsuki, but Shibai’s defenses and rapid healing overcame Tonbo’s World Harmony attacks.
• Yakushi Kabuto, Hyuga Tonbo, Hyuga Neji, Boruto Uzumaki, Mitsuki, Orochimaru, Tobitake Saitama, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, Might Guy, and Kakashi joined Tonbo to surround Shibai.
• Kiba Inuzuka attacked Boro, whose Lava Release, Regeneration Core, and Kāma let him recover from Kiba’s strike.
• The shinobi forces unleashed techniques and weapons across the battlefield, destroying dead spirits and treating wounded allies.
• Denki Kaminarimon targeted Mōryō with a satellite cannon as the allied forces continued their assault on the army of the dead.

Tobitake Tonbo and the shinobi forces battled Shibai Ōtsutsuki, while Boruto’s Jōgan proved capable of leaving wounds that would not heal. After Boruto defeated Kawaki and the allies pinned down Shibai, Shibai escaped by separating his body and using space Shinjutsu, and the others pursued him.

• Tobitake Tonbo and ten allies fought Shibai across dimensions, discovering that only the Reaper Death Seal, Unlimited Void, and Boruto’s Jōgan could meaningfully affect him.
• Boruto attacked Shibai with his Jōgan, but Kawaki intercepted him to protect Shibai.
• Iwasuke the Great Toad, the forces of Mount Myoboku, and the giant snakes of Ryūchi Cave joined the Allied Shinobi Forces, turning the battle against Kara’s army.
• Boruto used his sword, which carried Tobitake Tonbo’s Forced Execution, to defeat Kawaki, while Sarada watched for the right moment to use her ability.
• After a day and night of fighting, Boruto stabbed Shibai while the others restrained him, but Shibai escaped by separating his body and using space Shinjutsu.
• Tobitake Tonbo and the others pursued Shibai using space-time ninjutsu.

Tobitake Tonbo and the others defeated Shibai Ōtsutsuki by slowing his thoughts with Orochimaru's drug, sealing him, and sending him through a black hole with Sarada's Mangekyō Sharingan. Thirty years later, Tonbo enjoyed a peaceful life with his family as the story ended.

• Shibai Ōtsutsuki absorbed Ada and Kashin Koji, restored his body, and used Omnipotence to make most of the gathered fighters worship him.
• Tobitake Tonbo restored the fighters' cognition and teleported powerful allies around Shibai, while Orochimaru explained that intelligence could overcome Shibai's abilities.
• Orochimaru revealed that his Superhuman Drug had slowed Shibai's thoughts, and Tobitake Tonbo led the gathered shinobi and summons in sealing him inside a sphere.
• Tobitake Tonbo transferred his chakra to Sarada, who used Mangekyō Sharingan: Otherworld Exile to send the sealed Shibai through a black hole at the cost of her sight.

Sixty years after the Ninja Alliance Federation’s establishment, Tobitake Lucy hurried to her grandmother Ayame’s memorial and met legendary figures on the way. At the cemetery, Tobitake Tonbo mourned Ayame, then dissolved his body into chakra information and vanished into a space-time cavern.

• The Shinobi World developed space travel, planetary defenses, and advanced technology under scientists including Tobitake Tonbo and Orochimaru.
• Tobitake Lucy raced toward Ayame’s memorial, and Orochimaru, Yakushi Kabuto, Sasuke Uchiha, and Naruto Uzumaki invited her onto their white dragon.
• Tobitake Tonbo grieved at Ayame’s grave and recalled that she and his father had refused to extend their lives.
• Tobitake Tonbo decided to end his existence and used Body Dissolution to enter a space-time cavern.

• Ce Tianfeng recovered memories from lives in the Shinobi World and learned that he had reached the peak of Grand Void in the Eastern Splendor Realm.
• Bao Zheng reported that Azure Waves Realm forces planned another attack through Central Province, and Ce Tianfeng ordered a trap using the Immortal Bone Creation Formation while telling Bao Zheng to notify the Jade Emperor and Yuanshi without revealing his advancement.
• Ce Tianfeng recalled how his strategies had thwarted earlier invasions and decided to use Tobitake Tonbo's memories of a spiritual virtual world to train God Itch Academy's students.
