Charizard, Spread Your Wings and Soar into the Sky!

When it came to training Pokémon in Energy Control, Hu Yang was only a theorist.

In this situation, Gengar, as a fellow Pokémon, was clearly more suited to be a teacher than he was.

So Hu Yang let Piplup go with it.

The matter with Team Galactic had been resolved. Next, Hu Yang planned to head to Pastoria City to visit the Great Marsh and, while he was at it, see if he could trick any Pokémon he liked into coming home to fill out his Pokédex.

But before that, there were still a few things waiting for Hu Yang to do.

After returning to his room, Hu Yang found Porygon studying in the virtual world and said, "Thanks for your help with this."

Porygon rapidly typed a line of large text onto Hu Yang's phone: "I'm glad I could help. Since everything is settled here, I'll head back to the Ecological Park first. Professor Slow Wisdom still needs my help."

Porygon's data analysis abilities were exactly what Slowking needed for its research.

Hu Yang nodded and smiled as he said goodbye to Porygon. "Go on, then. See you later!"

"See you."

Porygon entered the network world and transmitted itself back to the Ecological Park as data.

After seeing Porygon off, Hu Yang prepared to head to Lake Verity to keep his appointment with the Lake Trio.

He checked out of his room, released Charizard outside the hotel, climbed onto its back, and flew toward Lake Verity.

In midair, Hu Yang took out the Charizard Mega Stone gifted by the Sinnoh League and asked, "Charizard, do you want to become stronger?"

Charizard answered with a resounding dragon roar.

Hu Yang understood and grinned. "Then let's land here first!"

Charizard landed in an open meadow. Hu Yang took out the Mega
