Panic Spreads Through the City

Striaton City was located in the southeastern part of Unova. Compared to the other cities in Unova, it was much smaller in scale.

Though small, the buildings in the city were neatly arranged. Warm sunlight spilled across the streets, giving the place a peaceful, leisurely feeling. It was a very livable city.

By all rights, the atmosphere here should have been relaxed and cheerful.

But when Hu Yang and Cross arrived, they sensed an air of panic from the expressions of the passersby.

"Why does this feel kind of strange?" Cross could not help asking.

Hu Yang looked around. He did not know what had happened in this city either.

Just then, a rumbling sound came from Cross's stomach.

Hu Yang and Raikou beside him naturally looked toward where the sound had come from.

"Ha!" Cross scratched his head awkwardly. "I'm a little hungry."

After thinking for a moment, Hu Yang looked at a restaurant not far ahead. "Let's fill our stomachs there first."

"Sounds good!"

They took Raikou and Gengar over and pushed open the restaurant's door.

It was not mealtime yet, so there were not many people in the restaurant. The two found seats by the window and sat down.

A waitress handed them a menu. Hu Yang pushed it over to Cross and let him order whatever he liked first.

At that moment, loud sobbing suddenly came from the next table.

Hu Yang turned around and saw an adult man in a suit crying as he hugged the Lillipup sitting beside him.

The man's face was full of reluctance as he said indistinctly to the Lillipup, "Remember to live well after you go out into the wild!"
