Espurr's Inner Turmoil

April 15, League Calendar 215.

After several days of travel, Hu Yang finally arrived in Laverre City.

Laverre City was a city in western Kalos, surrounded by the sea and mountains.

The city was not large, but it had every facility it needed: restaurants, hospitals, schools, clothing stores, cafés, inns...

Hu Yang checked the time and realized he had arrived a little early. At this point, Espurr was still troubled by not knowing how to control its Psychic powers and had not yet left the city.

Recalling Espurr's whereabouts during this period, Hu Yang remembered that, according to the locals, it should currently be living in a park.

Hu Yang closed his eyes and released his Aura. His powerful Aura enveloped the entire city, and he quickly found the park.

Through his Aura, he saw an Espurr sitting sadly on a slide.

After thinking for a moment, Hu Yang went to a shop to buy some candy, then headed toward Espurr.

How could I possibly control the power inside my body...?

Espurr sat on the slide with its ears drooping, feeling deeply dejected.

There was an event being held in town today. Drawn by the lively atmosphere, it had followed the crowd there.

But amid the packed crowd, the covering over its ears was brushed aside. A powerful Psychic force immediately surged out like a tidal wave, blowing everything nearby away.

The entire event venue fell into chaos, and every smile vanished from people's faces.

Officer Jenny hurried over to maintain order. Espurr stayed where it was, prepared to accept punishment, but Officer Jenny and everyone else forgave it. They told it, "You didn't do it on purpose. It's okay. Don't be afraid. Just be more careful next time."

That left Espurr deeply uneasy.
