Two days earlier.
After finishing her call with Werther, Anita handed the Den Den Mushi back to Tuski, unwrapped a lollipop, and put it in her mouth.
"Tuski, are you sure about our position? We've been sailing for three days."
Anita looked up at the sky, then sighed.
Tuski didn't write Anita a note. Instead, he shaped the fur produced by his Fur-Fur Fruit into words. It seemed his control over the fruit had improved.
"No problem. Dr. Carlson Marr should live on a nearby Sky Island. Your father gave me that information."
Anita could only sigh helplessly.
"Honestly, Tuski, you're already an excellent doctor. Why do you still need to visit this doctor? Never mind. Fly me up there so I can check the clouds. The clouds near a Sky Island are different. I'll recognize them."
Tuski nodded, made Anita her own basket, then grew a pair of wings with his fruit ability and carried her into the sky.

Before long, Tuski reached a high altitude. He had already strapped Anita into a safety harness he had made himself.
"Here. I think there's a Sky Island here. These clouds aren't quite like ordinary ones."
"Seventeen, Nineteen, go up and take a look."
The two Guards obeyed Anita without a word, as though she were their commanding officer.
But soon, Anita sensed something wrong around them. Something seemed to be flying toward them.
"Tuski, I've got a really strange feeling."
Tuski's heart sank. He knew all too well how keen Anita's senses were. Did that mean something was about to happen?
While Tuski was still wondering,
