"Werther? Lord Werther? Werther, where are you?"
A girl in a red hood with two bear ears searched the villas on King's Plateau.
A girl wearing a red hood with two bear ears searched the Villa District. Armed, menacing pirates occasionally patrolled the Villa District, and the girl, who looked like a little bear, seemed utterly out of place among them.
She entered a hall in one of the villas, where several people were playing Playing Cards.
One was a wrinkled old man. Another was a plump, middle-aged woman with hair dyed two colors. Across from them sat a beautiful woman with long green hair.
"Have you seen Werther?"
The girl's sweet voice came from the doorway, drawing their attention.
"He's probably drinking on the second-floor balcony. He's been there these past few days."
The green-haired beauty played a card and smiled at the girl in the doorway.
"Nope. I just checked."
The green-haired beauty shook her head, indicating that she didn't know where he was either.
"That gentleman probably went to Green Bit nearby. The Young Master has been planning something with him lately. Dressrosa should be seeing some big changes soon."
The wrinkled old man threw down his cards and got up to leave.
"Lao G, are you trying to run away because you've got a bad hand again? You already owe two hundred thousand Beli. Pay up before you go."
The plump woman with two-tone hair looked displeased, but Lao
G kept walking without looking back.
The green-haired beauty, Monet, smiled and threw down her cards too. Her hand wasn't very good either.
"I'm so bored. The Young Master and Werther have been so busy these past two days. Neither of them pays me any attention."
The girl in the doorway pouted, her face full of displeasure.
