"Sabo, why isn't Werther here yet? It's almost one. He's taking far too long. Our location has already been exposed. Most of our people have evacuated, but it's still dangerous."

A man and a woman stood at the harbor of Revolutionary Army Headquarters. They were Sabo and Koala.

Sabo held a long, narrow box and a rather old book. The book's cover was made of gold and gleamed in the sunlight.

"Don't worry, Koala. You said the Thunder Swordsman keeps his word, but I'm still uneasy. Dealing with someone that dangerous is like bargaining with a tiger. I hope everything goes smoothly."

Sabo had never met Werther, and he looked tense.

"Don't worry. The Thunder Swordsman may not have the best reputation, but he's known for keeping his word.

"But Sabo, that short blade is important to Dragon, isn't it? Ivankov's expression looked strange when I saw him."

"Well..." Sabo hesitated, then slowly leaned toward Koala.

Koala stiffened when Sabo suddenly came so close. Her heart nearly stopped.

Has this idiot finally realized how I feel about him? All the kindness I've shown him hasn't been for nothing.

"Dragon got that blade back when he was a Marine. Apparently, it has some connection to his father. Ivankov told me in secret, so don't tell anyone else. It wouldn't be good if Dragon heard."

Sabo whispered in Koala's ear, then returned to his original position and resumed waiting for Werther.

Koala stood frozen. She had thought Sabo was about to kiss her. Looking at him as he gazed out to sea, she grabbed his face and yanked it upward.

"What are you doing all of a sudden? That hurts!"

"Idiot! Idiot! Idiot!"

Koala pulled so hard that Sabo nearly cried. He stared at her in utter confusion.
