"I hear you started a company called Buggy Delivery? I have something I need delivered, but the destination is unusual. I'm not sure you can get it there."
Werther wasn't worried that Buggy's arrival would change the situation on the island.
Buggy's men were capable enough, but Buggy himself was another matter. The Chop-Chop Fruit gave him an advantage against Swordsmen, yet Werther still had plenty of ways to kill him.
"Hahaha, it's nothing much. Just making a living. Where do you need it sent? Whether it's the four seas or the Grand Line, give me an address and I'll get it there."
Buggy looked pleased that Werther had heard of Buggy Delivery.
"Mary Geoise."
"Huh? What?" Buggy leaned forward, wondering if he'd misheard.
"I want it delivered to Mary Geoise, above the Red Line. Name your price.
"But if anything happens to the cargo, you know what the consequences will be."
Buggy stroked his chin and thought it over instead of answering at once.
"I've been to Mary Geoise. To get in, you need permission from the Dragon People. I may be one of the Shichibukai, but unless the World Government summons me, I'm not allowed up there."
Even with Werther offering to pay whatever he asked, Buggy hesitated.
"That won't be a problem. I'll arrange everything. You only need to keep the cargo safe. For certain reasons, it's inconvenient for me to go to Mary Geoise myself.
"Here's one hundred million Beli and the cargo. It must arrive within two weeks."
Werther handed them to Buggy and waited for his answer. If not for his feud with Akainu, which made a trip to Mary Geoise inconvenient, he would never have needed Buggy's help.
The lure of one hundred million Beli won Buggy over.
"All right, but you need
