Pop! Robin returned to her human form.
"Long time no see, Nico Robin. No, you saw me before, down in the deep sea."
Robin did not answer Werther. She only stared blankly at Usopp's corpse.
The sight brought back Robin's childhood memories of Saul.
"What, don't want to talk to me? Then I might as well kill you. You're part of the Straw Hat Pirates, after all."
Werther's hand slowly moved toward Robin's head. She lowered her head and knelt on the ground.
"Why?"
Robin's voice was barely a whisper.
"Hm?" Werther looked at her in puzzlement.
"Why are you targeting us? We never did anything to you. Not in the deep sea, and not on Fish-Man Island."
Robin suddenly raised her tear-filled eyes and stared straight at Werther.
"Because I know you'll become my enemies. Chasing you through the deep sea was only the beginning.
"But if you hadn't come to Dressrosa, I wouldn't have bothered with you again. The deep sea and Fish-Man Island were warnings. Don't provoke me.
"Blindly provoking a powerful enemy is a good way to get killed at sea. After all this time adventuring, do you Straw Hat Pirates still not understand something so simple?"
If it had been anyone else, Werther would already have cut them down.
But he had met Robin several times before: once in Alabasta and once on Enies Lobby.
