Most creatures had vulnerable organs. Jellyfish and the like were exceptions, of course. You couldn't learn a trait your species wasn't born with.
Kaido certainly hadn't been born with that trait.
His outer defenses remained absurdly strong, and his Armament Haki was unusually tough. No matter how the three attacked, they could do nothing to him.
But the bulge of ice in his chest was different. It connected directly to Kaido's heart, so every strike against it was like a heavy punch to that heart. Even if his body was tougher than Seastone, his organs were nowhere near as sturdy as Iron Body.
And the three of them could handle Iron Body easily.

Loa raked his claws across Kaido's chest and gave the ice a sharp flick with his finger. As it pressed inward, Kaido screamed in pain, then hurriedly swung a fist to stop Loa from doing anything more.
By now, all three were breathing hard, but their eyes had only grown more resolute.
Compared with earlier, Kaido was clearly in far worse shape.
Blood streamed from the corner of his mouth, and every breath carried its sharp, bloody smell. His long hair, messy to begin with, looked even worse now, soaked with sweat and stuck together.
And beyond his disheveled appearance, his condition was deteriorating.
His punches grew weaker, and his breathing grew fainter. The change was slight, but all four knew that if the fight continued, Kaido would eventually die here!
Kaido knew it too. Earlier, he had been reluctant to pull out the ice. Even for him, a wound like that would be hard to bear.
But as the fight went on, the situation changed. Now he couldn't pull it out even if he wanted to.
