Blue lightning slammed into the biscuit shields. Cracker's painstakingly crafted defenses held for only a moment before the terrifying thunder blasted them to powder. He had given up on attacking with Biscuit Soldiers and devoted himself entirely to making shields, yet he could barely hold out against Enel's relentless assault.
Lightning seeped through and scorched Cracker, drawing a scream from him. Fortunately, the shields had absorbed most of the blow, leaving a force he could withstand. But he couldn't take many more hits. Being worn down little by little would be too humiliating, so he decided to make stronger shields!
What else could he do?
Enel was playing dirty. As a user of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit's Devil Fruit Powers, he could attack from Kong. It was a plane against a tank—shameless as that.
Granted, Enel couldn't actually fly. Eventually, he would come down. For now, he could only turn elemental and glide, slowing his descent. Once the plane landed, it would be the tank's turn.
But the tank had to survive the bombing first!
"Hahahaha! Be wiped out by the thunder! Tremble!"
Terrifying pillars of lightning, powerful enough to pierce an island, hammered the shields one after another. Enel floated in the air, his wild laughter carrying far and wide. No one wanted to approach that thunderstorm-lashed forest.

Thunder boomed in Loa's ears, but his keen hearing still picked out the wild laughter beneath it. He rode an Ice Wolf through the forest. The Flora Homies standing guard couldn't get close; the cold radiating from the wolf was enough to freeze them stiff.
"Good thing his opponent is Cracker. If it were Katakuri, he wouldn't even know what killed him." Loa sighed, exasperated with Enel.
