Huge chunks of rock crashed into the sea, throwing up towering sprays. All of Whole Cake Island trembled as if an earthquake had struck. The fighters elsewhere on the island had already been knocked flat by the force of the two combatants. Now the Vibration sent them sprawling again. They abandoned their opponents and headed for the coast in unspoken agreement, away from the center of the Vibration.
But unlike Crocodile and his companions, who took their time as they withdrew, Katakuri and the others wore deep frowns. Crocodile's group had enough faith in Loa to stay relaxed. They did not.
And Katakuri felt a growing unease.
There's no fire or lightning, so Mom hasn't used Prometheus or Zeus. That means she must have used Napoleon, the bicorne hat. And the move she uses with him has to be Ikoku Sovereignty—the one that can destroy an island in a single blow!
The shockwave from Ikoku Sovereignty was enough to pulverize them with its mere aftershock, never mind giving them time to retreat. Yet although the upheaval over there shook heaven and earth, their battlefield had not been touched by the attack.
Either the attack had not been aimed their way, or Charlotte Linlin's attack had been driven back in its entirety!

The resilience of the earth had allowed Whole Cake Island to survive the catastrophe. As the smoke cleared, two enormous figures came into view.
