You might not believe this, but I forgot about the plot threads I left hanging!
Don't laugh just yet. This is perfectly normal for a writer!
Compared with people who muddle through to the end of a book, Dashu thought he'd done pretty well!
After all, even a detailed outline doesn't cover everything. In the middle of writing, inspiration often strikes, and—whoosh—another plot thread appears!
I'd already laid out the detailed outline and planned to finish this book around the twentieth of this month. But when I flipped back through it today, I discovered I still hadn't wrapped up "Drunkard" Jot's and "Insect Calamity" Becky's plot threads.
That discovery gave Dashu quite a scare!
It sent him deep into thought.
Just how many plot threads did I leave hanging back then???
_(:"∠)_
Here's what Dashu can remember so far: the three ASL brothers reuniting, Loa and Robin's wedding, the aftermath of Ivy sacrificing herself to mend it, the final battle over Poseidon, and how Loa became a guardian. What else? Am I missing anything?
My computer was so slow while I was writing the new book that I reinstalled the system. I only backed up the old text and detailed outline. Then I remembered that some of my earlier ideas and separately marked passages were in another document, and now I can't find it!
Ah!!!
This is driving me crazy!
(╯‵□′)╯︵┴─┴!!!
Dashu absolutely refuses to do something as rotten as leave plot threads unresolved.
So I'm asking all you readers for help. Whether it's something you saw or something you're just guessing at, if anything comes to mind, could you leave a comment under this chapter or in the review section?
Everyone in the reader group should know that Dashu has a good memory but is also terribly forgetful. I
