Rob Lucci casually caught Minnie's kick and sneered. "Is that all you've got?"
Minnie was in bad shape. Her left arm was dislocated, her ribs were broken, and pain tore through her body without pause.
With her strongest attack stopped cold, Minnie gritted her teeth and twisted her waist with all her might, trying to strike with her other foot.

This was a technique unique to Lucci. Once activated, it reflected the full force of an opponent's blow back at them. A hard enough strike could even break their bones on the spot.
Minnie's kick landed, and it felt as though she had struck an iron plate.
But it was nothing like kicking Loa's Ice Armor. The violent rebound shattered her ankle in an instant.

Minnie screamed, beads of sweat rolling down her forehead.
Lucci gave the hand holding Minnie a casual flick and sent her flying.
All her strength lay in her legs. With her ankle broken, Minnie posed no threat.
Lucci wanted to kill them. In his eyes, weakness was a crime, and for a Marine, it was an even graver one!
But because they were Marines, killing them now would bring trouble, even though CP9 answered directly to the World Government.
If the Marines pressed the matter, he could well be cast aside. That was the last thing he wanted.
