Wuli stared at the thick smoke. He did not believe the Straw Hat Pirates had gone down so easily. He was not as naive as those Marines.
As the smoke slowly thinned, it suddenly churned. Two fists shot out of the flames and smoke like bullets, whistling through the air. A barrage of blows slammed straight toward Kizaru!
Kizaru seemed caught off guard. Before he could react, the fists struck him, turning every part they hit into countless particles of light.
The arms, stretched more than ten meters long, snapped back after the attack, and Luffy appeared in everyone's sight. Where Kizaru had vanished, countless particles of light gathered and re-formed his body.
Luffy had not used Haki, so his physical attack did nothing to Kizaru, who possessed the Logia-type Glint-Glint Fruit.
Seeing Luffy reappear, Kizaru slowly pointed a finger at him again. Light flickered at his fingertip as he prepared to fire another laser, but a figure suddenly streaked across the sky. Reflected in Kizaru's sunglasses was Black Leg Sanji, appearing in midair!

The rapid spin heated Sanji's leg until it glowed red. Then he shot forward even faster, a blazing figure whose powerful kick tore through the air toward Kizaru.
Sanji's arrival made the light at Kizaru's fingertip go out. Faced with the high-speed attack, Kizaru flashed aside and dodged the kick.
