Even the wind seemed to fall still. Luffy's words carried weight, and his expression made it clear he wasn't joking.
They had a score to settle with Kizaru, and now his friends had been hurt again. Luffy could not stand by as he had two years ago, in the Sabaody Archipelago and at Marineford, watching the people most important to him get hurt or even lose their lives.
