Dust still hung in the air as two figures darted and shifted, light blazing and sword energy flying. Deafening crashes erupted without pause.

It seemed...

The commotion from their battle was so great that everyone turned to watch.

One Marine asked in confusion, "Who is that? He's actually fighting Admiral Kizaru, but I don't remember anyone like him in the intelligence reports."

Another Marine snorted. "He's hiding his identity because he's got something to hide. Too bad for him he picked a fight with the Navy's strongest. Admiral Kizaru will finish him off soon."

Marine Admirals were the Navy's greatest fighting force and the people its soldiers admired most. The Marines could not imagine any enemy defeating an Admiral.

And they were right. On his own, Wuli could not hold out against Kizaru for long.

Bang!

Kizaru's Flash Kick sent Wuli flying. He slammed into the ground and spat blood, his wary gaze fixed on Kizaru.

"A Marine Admiral... So this is an Admiral's strength. You really are powerful." Wuli coughed up more blood as he spoke. He tried to get to his feet, but the movement sent a stab of pain through him, making him suck in a sharp breath.

Hiss!

He had no idea how many ribs Kizaru's Light-Speed Kick had broken. Badly injured, his presence had weakened to a candle flame that might go out in the next gust of wind.

"Oh? You feel weaker now. Worn out already? Is that all you've got? How disappointing." Kizaru sensed Wuli's fading strength and spoke flatly.

Wuli had struck him as someone who would be as troublesome as Straw Hat Monkey D. Luffy or Noro Zoro, especially with that baffling ability to slow things down.

But the fight had barely begun. Had he been all show?
