Veins bulged and sweat soaked their backs, yet every Marine worked with utmost focus, as if they had found the value of their existence.
Seeing how seriously the Marines were working, the refugees felt somewhat embarrassed and wanted to help. The Marines refused them, but still appreciated their goodwill.
Earlier, because of the Whitebeard Pirates' flag, Wuli had heard that "ding" but had not checked the task completion status.
Wuli still clearly remembered the previous data:

The best outcome was naturally choosing the Dragon Egg. That was a Dragon—once it grew up, he could swagger across the Grand Line without fear. The next best choice was the random mystery egg. It was highly unpredictable and depended entirely on luck. The worst outcome was the dud egg. Just hearing its name made it hard to expect anything from it. But what was that ribbon with words written on it? Could it have an effect similar to the Swordsmanship Esoterica Scroll?
The three pet eggs looked exactly the same from the outside, with no visible differences. He could not choose based on appearance; he could only gamble on luck.
With a thought from Wuli, the hammer smashed down on the silver pet egg in the middle.

The silver egg shattered. A flash of silver light suddenly burst forth, and once the radiance gradually faded, Wuli saw what was inside the pet egg: a ribbon with words written on it. After reading the words, the corner of his mouth twitched slightly, and it felt as though a herd of horses had galloped through his heart.
Ding~ Congratulations, you smashed the dud egg and obtained the "Keep It Up" ribbon! I hope it can motivate you. You have one final chance remaining!
Wuli did not even know what to say. He had originally thought it would be something like the Swordsmanship Esoterica Scroll.
But the result... was this supposed to be a beer bottle cap? It seemed his expectations for the system had been too high. He only had one chance left!
Wuli began to feel nervous, hoping he could smash open the Dragon Egg.
Wuli's hammer drifted back and forth between the two remaining eggs as he hesitated. After struggling internally for a long time, he smashed it down on the silver pet egg on the right.
Clang!
The silver egg shattered, and a cloud of multicolored light emerged from within. Shadows of various strange beasts flashed past, finally stopping on the glowing silhouette of a bird.
Wuli looked on expectantly. Could it be a phoenix? A firebird? Then his gaze fell upon the silhouette's single foot, and he began to feel puzzled.
Ding~ Congratulations, you smashed the mystery egg and obtained the Divine Beast pet, "Shangyang."
Afterward, the other pet eggs and the hammer vanished together. A fledgling appeared in the pet slot, clutching its eggshell and eating it.
Shangyang?
Could it be the Divine Beast Shangyang from ancient myths and legends?
Wuli looked at the fledgling and saw that it indeed had only one foot. It was probably right.
Having obtained the pet egg, Wuli also checked the Sword Techniques rewarded by this system upgrade—Wind's Sorrow!
It was one of Inuyasha's moves. This technique possessed tremendous offensive power and happened to make up for Wuli's lack of attack strength.
What surprised Wuli was that, compared to the previous set of Sword Techniques, there had been new changes as well. This Sword Techniques should be considered a sword move.
