Magellan called out again. When Shiryu showed no sign of stopping, Magellan hurriedly used Venom Road.
He created a purple passage of poison gas in front of him and shot through it.
It was the only move that could boost Magellan's speed. He was too large and cumbersome to move quickly on foot, whether walking or running. Only Venom Road let him reach his maximum speed.
Shiryu's blade and Ye Chen's swords were about to collide when Magellan rushed between them. His towering body stood like a mountain in their path. Shiryu grunted and reluctantly pulled his blade back.

Every glance at Ye Chen made Shiryu feel as if he were being roasted over a fire. He was so furious he could barely contain himself. The man was infuriating.

Magellan and the others nearly burst out laughing. Even Hannibal doubled over. His opinion of Ye Chen rose another notch: the man had astonishing nerve. Of all people, Ye Chen had no right to say that.
