While the mirror had Ye Chen transfixed, Mad Demon Sang Biao charged without mercy, blade raised. Ye Chen kept his ears open and his guard up. He hurriedly flipped backward, then clung high to the top of the mast like a gecko.

Ye Chen made no move to dodge. He spat blood as the blow sent him flying, and when he hit the ground, blood poured from his leg.

Ye Chen had barely landed when Muscle Man Fatty charged in like a Tiger descending a mountain. Fatty seized Ye Chen, swung him around, and hurled him away. Still not satisfied, Fatty leaped up and slammed his mountain of a body down on top of him.
"Ye Chen..."
"Captain..."
The sudden turn left Nami and the others stunned. A moment ago, Ye Chen had been fighting with all his strength. Now he was drenched in blood, and there was no telling how many bones he had broken.
It was all because of that damned mirror.
