Ye Chen's opponent was Koala from Area A. She was eleven, quite a bit older than him, but she was so thin and frail that a gust of wind looked as if it might knock her over.

Koala had a tangled mop of orange hair and was covered in dirt, as though she had been rolled in mud. Her eyes were huge, and before she even reached the platform, she began to sob.

"Get up there! Crying will only get you killed faster. Your opponent is Ye Chen, who just took down Moses the Bison in one move. You'd better pray for a miracle. I'd bet you won't last a single round."

A guard barked at her, then grabbed Koala by the collar and threw her onto the Arena.

Koala couldn't stop crying. She was terrified. She had never seen anything so bloody and brutal, and even now, she had not fully accepted that she had become a Slave.

"Go on, Ye Chen! Tear Koala's clothes off first and humiliate her!"

"Yeah! She might be a Slave, but we won't stop you from humiliating her. If you want to have your way with her, we'll even applaud!"
