When he woke the next morning, Reis deliberately snatched Ye Chen's food at breakfast. The guards made no move to stop him. Instead, they looked ready to enjoy the show.

Ye Chen had cost them plenty of money. They couldn't care less whether he lived or died. He gritted his teeth and endured it, giving Reis only a cold look.

He's a dead man walking. What's he acting so tough for?

"Ye Chen, have mine."

Hancock offered him her food. Ye Chen glanced at her and shook his head. "You eat. You'll need your strength. I'm fine. I can hold out."

Reis wolfed down the food and sneered at Ye Chen.

When Ye Chen came out, Prince Rambo saw that he was covered in wounds and could barely walk. He limped with every step. The prince eyed him in confusion, a little disappointed.
