Ye Chen looked down at Brandt with open contempt. Brandt seethed, but he could hardly lash out.

Luo vanished in a flash. When he returned, he had a pair of handcuffs in his hand. He signaled to Ye Chen that everything was taken care of.
Before long, Brandt entered the suite. He ordered his men to wait outside, leaving only himself and Perona in the spacious room.
Brandt rubbed his thick hands together impatiently. His leering
