Wade paused, then went on. "She's a famous pirate in the New World. She's breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly strong. Look at those firm thighs, that slender waist—not an ounce of excess fat on her. And after years of training and fighting, she's bursting with energy. Imagine buying a powerful, proud woman like her and pinning her beneath you. What a thrill that would be! Well? Can you wait any longer?"
Wade talked a mile a minute, knowing exactly how to stir up a crowd. By the time he finished, the audience was in an uproar.
Someone shouted, "Get on with it! I can't wait!"
"Exactly! She's a peerless beauty. One look and she's stolen my soul."
Whitey Bay wore handcuffs and shackles. She could barely move. When Wade reached out and touched her, she clenched her teeth in hatred, humiliated and furious. She wanted to pull away. She wanted to kill him. But she could do neither.
At the thought of the violation awaiting her, Whitey Bay's heart bled. Tears of humiliation welled in her eyes.
Just as despair overwhelmed her, Ye Chen's voice sounded beside her ear. "Hey, it's me. Don't worry. I'll get you out of here."
No one else could detect Ye Chen's Silent Voice Transmission.
Whitey Bay froze. Then she spotted Ye Chen and Trafalgar Law in the front row. She was so overcome with relief that she nearly cried out.
She barely knew Ye Chen. They had fought side by side during the Summit War, but had hardly even spoken.
Yet now Whitey Bay clung to him like a lifeline. At that moment, he felt like family.
It was only natural. None of her companions were here. She was alone, helpless, and facing humiliation. Finding someone she knew was bound to shake her.
