Dahill smugly grabbed Ye Chen by the collar and turned to leave, but Psyche stepped in front of him. "Leave him here."

"I said leave him here. That's all." Psyche spoke through gritted teeth. Seeing Ye Chen covered in blood pained her, and she blamed herself for two reasons. First, she had given Luo Lin the poison. She felt responsible for what it had done to Ye Chen. Second, Ye Chen had come up with three billion to buy her. The Medicine King would never acknowledge that deal, but Psyche had a one-track mind.
