Two of the Four Emperors had died in quick succession, and the order of the New World had collapsed. Battles among pirates had grown fiercer by the day, each one bloody and brutal.
Everyone was fighting tooth and nail to rise through the ranks, hoping to fill the vacancies left by Blackbeard and Kaido of the Beasts.
"Fleet Admiral Aokiji! We have an intruder at Bay Head Square!"
Aokiji was already racking his brains over the turmoil when Koby hurried in. "It's Ye Chen, Fleet Admiral! Ye Chen is here!"
"What? He's here? How many people did he bring?"
Aokiji sprang from his seat and stared urgently at Koby.
These days, just hearing Ye Chen's name gave Aokiji a headache.
"He's alone. We haven't spotted his pirate ship. He flew in from the sky."
"Alone?"
Only half convinced, Aokiji rushed to Bay Head Square with his men.
Ye Chen stood in the middle of the square, surrounded by Marines.
The Marines were on high alert, ready for battle, every face tense.
Ye Chen simply stood there, doing nothing, yet none of them dared let down their guard. Even Blackbeard and Kaido had died at his hands. To these ordinary Marines, he was a true devil, filling them with dread and despair. No one dared approach. The square was deathly silent; no one even breathed too loudly.
"Ye Chen, what exactly do you want?"
Vice Admiral Momonga glared at Ye Chen and drew Blood Hunt without hesitation. Its blood-red blade pointed straight at him, its edge flashing with a chilling gleam.
Momonga's face remained blank as he stared coldly at Ye Chen. After a moment, a bead of sweat appeared on his forehead. Ye Chen's strength had grown astonishingly since they last met. Even a hardened Marine like Momonga could not
