"Extra yellow peaches and condensed milk."
The usually silent Salted Fish Lugia made its request when Heiduo scooped out a bowl of Moomoo Milk.
It had originally stayed at the Gym with Mewtwo because it thought vacations were bound to be exhausting, and it had no interest in such "tedious" things as sightseeing and traveling.
But after spending several days with the straightforward yet meticulous Mewtwo, Lugia realized it was better off following Heiduo and Umbreon. They had more in common.
It really couldn't handle Mewtwo's seriousness.
So when Heiduo had sent Pokémon back earlier, he specifically had Mewtwo send it over.
"Add it yourself."
Heiduo rolled his eyes at it and placed the large bowl directly in front of Lugia.
Since every Pokémon had different tastes, he simply went with a semi-self-service approach.
If they wanted a certain flavor, they could tell him and he would mix it, or they could do it themselves.
Heiduo preferred the latter.
The cheerful summer dessert-making session came to an end.
But what he hadn't expected was this.
There was an idiom in this world: trying to be clever only to make things worse.
Maybe it was also because he didn't understand those Pokémon well enough.
Who would have thought that six-thousand-dollar perfume failed to lure them out, while a five-hundred-dollar pot of fruit salad successfully attracted them instead?
A bunch of little gluttons.
Heiduo looked at the wild Pokémon in the distance. They clearly wanted to come closer, drawn in by the sweet scent wafting from the steaming Moomoo Milk, but they feared Garchomp and the others and could only stare timidly from afar.
Among them were the cotton candy Pokémon Heiduo had searched for days without finding even a trace of—Swirlix—as well as their evolved form, the whipped cream Pokémon—Dedenne.
