Abilities & Authority
Divine Perception
Tang San uses Sea God’s Light to examine the Star Dou Great Forest from the Divine Realm.
- Detects the remnants of a 200,000-year Heavenly Tribulation and the forming signs of 300,000- and 400,000-year tribulations. 20
- Identifies Demon Spirit and Myriad Demon King as powerful Fierce Beasts transformed into unnatural puppet-like servants. 20
- Observes the Golden-Haired Lion Mastiff’s ambush of Di Tian from afar. 20
- Cannot freely descend into the lower realm because of Divine Realm restrictions. 20
Divine Projection
Tang San can manifest a remote image in the mortal world.
- Appears above the tribulation clouds with a golden trident. 27
- The manifestation confronting the Golden-Haired Lion Mastiff is a clone rather than Tang San’s true body. 28
- His projected pressure is destroyed when the forcibly combined tribulations collapse into one another. 28
Heavenly Tribulation Manipulation
Tang San interferes with Soul Beast tribulations without directly descending.
- Merges the Golden-Haired Lion Mastiff’s delayed 300,000- and 400,000-year tribulations with divine power. 27 28
- Strengthens the combined punishment in an attempt to erase the mastiff while avoiding a direct violation of Divine Realm rules. 28
- The mastiff identifies the dark-red strand of divine power binding the two tribulations together, burns it apart with ultimate flames, and causes the incompatible tribulations to destroy each other. 28
Remote Rescue and Deployment
Tang San supports his agents from afar through divine power.
- Sends Da Ming and Er Ming to kill the Golden-Haired Lion Mastiff after the failed Divine Punishment. 29
- Uses a trident-shaped cloud and wave-like force to teleport Da Ming and Er Ming away when their battle turns against them. 30
- Is unable to answer Da Ming’s later call for aid after destructive power severs the brothers’ connection to him. 32
Relationships
- Golden-Haired Lion Mastiff / Lei Dong — Targeted by Tang San after its rapid growth, transformed servants, and disruption of the forest’s established balance draw his attention. Tang San attempts to kill it through manipulated tribulation and divine agents. 20 27 29
- Da Ming — Loyal subordinate and former Star Dou Forest king sent alongside Er Ming to eliminate the mastiff; Tang San later teleports him away from danger. 29 30

Story Role / Major Arcs
Investigation of the Star Dou Anomaly
Tang San detects irregular tribulation traces and the unnatural Wraith Servant states of Demon Spirit and Myriad Demon King. Unable to descend himself, he turns Shrek Academy toward the growing threat. 20
Divine Punishment
After the mastiff defeats Di Tian, Tang San fuses its delayed tribulations into a Divine Punishment intended to destroy both body and soul. The mastiff instead exploits the instability between the two tribulations, destroys the divine connection, and survives. 27 28
Deployment of Da Ming and Er Ming
Refusing to abandon the pursuit, Tang San sends Da Ming and Er Ming to attack the recovering mastiff. Their divine power is heavily restricted by Douluo Star’s laws, allowing the mastiff to wound Da Ming and gain strength from his flesh before Tang San extracts both agents. 29 30
Ice Fire Yin Yang Well
Da Ming and Er Ming retreat to the Ice Fire Yin Yang Well to recover, but the mastiff tracks them there. When Da Ming calls for Tang San’s help, no response comes after an outside destructive force cuts their connection to the Sea God. 31 32
