Zhang Heng and Chu Lingyun bade everyone farewell. Along the way, they had learned a little about Reincarnation Space.
They had no idea that Su Lin and the others had cobbled that information together. After all, it was their first mission too.
"Once you're back, there's an option to add contacts in your personal menu. Contact me if anything comes up," Su Lin said.
These two Reincarnators seemed decent. They would make useful points of comparison as people who had entered Reincarnation Space through normal channels. Staying in touch might yield more information later.
Delight flickered in Zhang Heng's and Chu Lingyun's eyes. They nodded and chose to return.
Their figures vanished without a trace. No surge of power could be sensed, and the marks left on them were erased along with them.
That was to be expected. At their current level, they were still far beneath Reincarnation Space.
"The Reincarnation Space I know works the same way." Meng Qi scratched his head. "For Reincarnators, not having to worry about bringing cross-world pursuit marks or tracking seals home is a good thing."
It would be outrageous to finish a mission only to find themselves still under someone's eye, with something extra planted on them.
Meng Qi might not have cared if it were an ordinary Reincarnator, but that world-shaking Demon Buddha, wreathed in sinister demonic energy, had left a deep scar on his mind. When the Demon Buddha reached for him, it had seemed capable of bringing madness and destruction to countless universes.
Once the silt settled again, the Destiny Devourer used another silver coin in Crow's hand to vent his feelings in a furious tirade: "What the hell was that twisted thing?! You wanted me to provoke that?!"
Li Huowang was by the river,
