"Hey, what are you doing? If you want to get yourself killed, don't drag us into it!" the man who had just driven Ji Hao away hastily shouted. Two king-and-marquis-level experts with extraordinary bloodlines were not people ordinary folk could afford to provoke.

The major factions had arrived long before the Kun Peng Nest opened. Those arriving now were merely smaller factions, following the crowd in hopes of obtaining a scrap or two of fortune.

"Who's there?!" The two turned, divine light blooming in their eyes as divine winds stirred with their gazes.

"My lords, we have nothing to do with this man!" the man hurriedly declared.

"Oh, I see. You and that... Aaaah!"

Ji Hao gave them no chance to continue. With a single thought, he pressed down, and heaven and earth changed color as the winds and clouds abruptly shifted.

"Aah!"

Bang!

A great cloud of blood mist appeared before everyone's eyes. Those two king-and-marquis-level experts had been crushed into bloody vapor right in front of them.

They dared scheme against his little ones without even weighing how much they were worth!

Rumble!

Everyone aboard stared blankly as the mighty figures in their eyes were crushed to death by a single thought.

"Are you a Venerable?!" the young girl exclaimed, her cheeks flushed with excitement.

"No!" Ji Hao answered bluntly. "What's a Venerable worth? They aren't even fit to carry my shoes!"

Just then, piercing shrieks rang out. A blaze of blue light suddenly flew toward them, its endless radiance visible from far away. All manner of symbols flickered like a meteor shower crashing down, an astonishing sight.

These creatures had fleshy wings, bat heads, and flood-dragon tails. Their bodies were entirely blue, their appearances bizarre and hideously fierce.

They all rose from the ocean, spewing blue runes.
