History
Treasure-basin jurisdiction
The Tang Sect held jurisdiction over the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and Qiankun Wenqing Valley for ten thousand years. Six years before Cao Xin's Martial Soul awakening, Qiankun Wenqing Valley underwent a violent change that repelled the sect disciples stationed near it and drew Cao Dezhi and Zang Xin into the valley's trials; Cao Xin was born afterward 1.
The Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well remained a major source of heavenly treasures, cultivation resources, and opportunities for the sect. Its Immortal Herb Kings supplied the Tang Sect for years, though their attempted murder of Cao Xin ended with all six being killed by the Ice and Fire Dragon Souls 69.
Continental position
The Tang Sect, Shrek Academy, and Spirit Pagoda maintained a three-way balance for over ten thousand years. After Long Yeyue's assault on Qian Gu Dieting destroyed the trust between Shrek and the Spirit Pagoda, the Tang Sect became the principal bridge capable of maintaining contact with both powers 10.
Cao Dezhi and Zang Xin's advancement to Quasi-God-level power significantly strengthened the sect's position. Their Martial Soul Fusion Skill, Emotion Moves Heaven, can be used without the former cost and is regarded as a threat few opponents can face 1 67.
