Cao Xin killed the people who targeted him, advanced his understanding of the Four Seasons Cycle and other laws, and entered Eastsea Academy alongside Tang Wulin. The arc ended with Cao Xin facing Guang Biao after the gang threatened his classmates.

• Cao Xin killed Cai Yue'er after she admitted sending the Shrek Inspection Corps to assassinate him, then left with Cao Dezhi and Zang Xin as Yun Ming concealed the matter.

• Cao Xin spent a year and a half pursuing the Destiny Law while studying at Red Mountain Junior Academy, where he observed Tang Wulin and eventually broke through to level sixty.
• Cao Xin killed Lan Muzi after Lan tried to capture him, prompting Long Yeyue to confront Yun Ming about the consequences.
• Cao Xin reunited with Tang Wulin at Eastsea Academy, where they shared a dormitory with Xie Xie and later joined Class Zero with Wang Jinxi and Zhang Yangzi.

He became acting Sea God Pavilion Master, defended Shrek City from the Holy Spirit Cult, and set out with Tang Wulin and the others on a mission to the Star Luo Empire.

• Cao Xin defeated Shrek’s seven students in the Skysea Grand Tournament exhibition match, then killed Leng Yulai and Long Yeyue.
• Cao Xin cultivated at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well for two years, gained control of the Dragon Kings’ Souls, and killed the six Kings of Immortal Herbs when they attacked him.
• Cao Xin returned to Shrek, fought Yun Ming to a draw, and accepted the acting Sea God Pavilion Master position as Yun Ming departed.

• In Star Luo City, Cao Xin joined the Tang Sect branch, defeated Long Yue in a sparring match and led the Federation mission into the imperial palace.
• Dai Yun’er framed Tang Wulin during the state ceremony, so Cao Xin covered the palace in snow and warned Dai Tianling not to provoke him again.
• Tang Wulin and the Shrek students entered the Continental Advanced Young Soul Master Elite Tournament, where Long Yue defeated Xie Xie, and Cao Xin urged Wu Changkong to reform Shrek Academy.
• Cao Xin learned that Dai Tianling and En Ci planned to attack him with Level 9 Fixed Soul Guidance Cannonballs, then killed Dai Tianling, En Ci and Dai Yun’er in the palace.
• Dai Yueyan took the throne after the palace killings, while Cao Xin prepared to visit Dragon Valley with Tang Wulin and the White-Rank Fighters.
• Black One explained that Dragon Valley would seal their Martial Souls and gave each fighter a Dragon Ball that could teleport them to safety before leading them to a Tang Sect town to rest.
