History

Yan is among those willing to follow Bibi Dong when Spirit Hall divides. He later accompanies her, Hu Liena, and Xie Yue to a Soul Beast forest to hunt thousand-year Soul Beasts 91 127.

In the Star Dou Great Forest, Bibi Dong proposes marrying Hu Liena to Time-Space King Yun Duo. Yan, who loves Hu Liena, is devastated and starts to confront the empress. Xie Yue restrains him and warns that defying her could cost Yan his life and endanger Hu Liena. Yan stops struggling when he hears the danger to her 128.
