The Tide of a New Era

As Kaido's massive body completely vanished into the lava abyss a thousand meters underground, the air across all of Onigashima seemed to be sucked dry in that instant.

The nightmare that had hung over Wano Country for twenty years, as invincible as a god, had finally been overturned by the tide of the new era.

The outcome had been decided.

"Boss Kaido... lost?" "No way! Boss Kaido, the invincible one, was actually sent to hell?"

When the dark purple Conqueror's Haki lightning that had covered the skies above the rooftop finally faded away, the Beasts Pirates members still desperately resisting throughout Onigashima lowered their weapons. They stared blankly at the half-collapsed, utterly empty skull dome, and the faith in their eyes crumbled in an instant.

For a time, the entire Beasts Pirates fell into disarray. The once-fierce and brutal elites now scattered like startled birds, throwing aside their weapons and fleeing madly toward the harbor. It was a true rout, with everyone fleeing for their lives.

"Don't even think about running! Stop right there!" Kid wiped the blood from his face and was about to lead his men after the fleeing remnants when Rain raised a hand to stop him.

"Let them go. Without Kaido and supplies, this bunch of trash won't survive three days in the New World." Rain casually sheathed his famous blade, his dark gray eyes sweeping toward the central plaza below. "More importantly, it seems the battles down there have just wrapped up as well."

When Rain, Luffy, Ace, Luo, and the others slowly descended from the rooftop to the central plaza, what greeted them was the end of the final top-tier clash.
