Sengoku sounded even more anxious after hearing Roya's answer.

Garp came over, curious, and spoke into the Den Den Mushi. "Sengoku, what do you need us for? Don't tell me there's some pirate in the East Blue causing enough trouble to warrant this!"

Garp and Roya both reacted to Sengoku's words.
