Submit or Break the Surface

"Bakudō No. 62—Hundred-Step Barrier!"

One rod of light split into multiple rods and pierced directly into the Sea Dragon's body.

"Bakudō No. 63—Chain Binding!"

Another glowing strip formed thick, serpent-like chains that coiled around the Sea Dragon, making its movements even more difficult.

Bakudō Nos. 61, 62, and 63 were all under Roya's control, used upon the Sea Dragon.

Three high-level Bakudō spells in succession slowed the Sea Dragon to an extreme degree!

"What are these things?! How did you trap me?"

Though the ten-thousand-meter Sea Dragon had lived for an unknown length of time,

it had never seen an ability like Roya's before.

That made the Sea Dragon feel that Roya was even more dangerous than he had sensed.

"I'll ask again. Will you submit or not?"

Hearing Roya's words, the Sea Dragon's eyes turned even redder!

"Never! I will never submit to a human!"

As the Sea Dragon's roar fell,

the shackles on its body were all torn apart.

They turned into specks of starlight and vanished into the deep sea.

With a powerful sweep of its tail, it charged straight at Roya.

"Too slow. I already predicted your attack route!"

Roya activated Peak Observation Haki, lightly shifted aside, and easily evaded the Sea Dragon's attack by brushing past its scales.

"Since you keep refusing, I'll beat you until you agree. I've always been very confident in my own strength!"

Roya said no more. The Conqueror's Haki wrapped around him only grew denser.

Its color was nearly as black as ink.

It seemed even darker than the deep sea itself.

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

In the deep sea,

Roya and the ten-thousand-meter Sea Dragon clashed without pause.
