For example, someone might want to awaken the ability to control flames, but in the instant before awakening, they began to doubt themselves. Could they really do it? Could they truly control fire?
Once such doubts appeared, they often caused the ability to undergo Transformation.
They might awaken the opposite ability and gain control over water, or they might become immune to fire while being unable to control it...
