"This boy's future is boundless," Vanessa said with a sigh.
Romeo nodded. "To have that kind of willpower at his age—he has a bright future ahead of him."
"The boy uses a sword. Looks like I'll have to put him through his paces later." Apollo rubbed his hands together.
In the Virtual Battlefield, the fighting continued.
Though calling it a fight was hardly accurate. Martin did nothing but sprint and dodge, while the girls kept chasing him.
"Hatred has blinded those girls. I'm afraid they're in for a nasty surprise," Romeo said with a smile.
Vanessa's expression darkened. "I'll have to give them a proper talking-to afterward. Chasing a boy around like that—how pathetic!"
"Haha, don't be too hard on them. I don't want the men and women of Infinite City ending up hopelessly out of balance." Apollo laughed heartily.
The Boys' Academy and Girls' Academy existed mainly because children needed competition. Dividing them into houses like Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in Harry Potter would have been foolish.
That could easily breed genuine hatred, so Mobius Academy had simply divided the boys and girls.
Boys and girls might clash as children without it affecting their feelings when they grew up. Often, it even turned them into bickering sweethearts.
Plenty of Infinite City's male players had taken punches from their future wives as children. They held no grudges once they grew up—at most, they occasionally brought out the big stick to show the female
