The Shop MOD contained a vast array of things—everything imaginable!

Every shop in Diagon Alley had a corresponding section in the Shop MOD:

Equipment, items, herbs, potions, materials, food, books... and so on.

It could be said that everything available in Diagon Alley could be found in the Shop, while everything unavailable in Diagon Alley was available there as well!

In short, Li Wei could buy anything that existed in the world of Harry Potter from the system's Shop interface!

Furthermore, besides credits, the Shop also accepted Galleons, Sickles, and Knuts!

That made Li Wei very happy!

He had thought shopping in the Shop would still require credits alone!

If that had been the case, the Shop would not have been much use. After all, he could simply use Galleons to buy things in reality.

Besides that, it was worth mentioning that perhaps because they had been triggered in Diagon Alley—

The Fashion MOD triggered at Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions;

The Library MOD triggered at Flourish and Blotts;

The Equipment Enhancement MOD triggered at Ollivanders;

The Pokémon MOD triggered at the Magical Menagerie.

All of them were subordinate MODs of the Shop.

The various fashions that appeared in the Fashion MOD could be purchased in the Shop.

When enhancing equipment, he could likewise buy materials from the Shop and spend Galleons on the enhancement.

Books, food rations for Pokémon pets, Poké Balls, skills, and items could all be purchased through the Shop.

With a wave of his hand, Li Wei transferred every Galleon from the money pouch enhanced with the Undetectable Extension Charm into the Shop.

When he clenched his hand, a Galleon materialized from the Shop and appeared in his palm.

"In a sense, this counts as a Gringotts MOD too. With the Shop's top-up function, I don't need to open some so-called vault at Gringotts!"

With another wave, Li Wei transferred the Galleon back in and commented with satisfaction.

He opened the Shop for a look. It offered holiday fashions, house fashions, Quidditch fashions—everything one could want.

Although these fashions could not increase one's strength, every one of them came with a special effect.

For example, the Halloween Outfit could make people feel a slight sense of fear, and after pulling pranks, it made it harder for others to catch the wearer.

The Quidditch Outfit, meanwhile, could turn even someone with terrible broom-flying skills into a Quidditch expert once worn.

But these fashions had one downside: they were truly expensive!

If Li Wei's life were a game, then the Fashion MOD would be the biggest money sink.

He continued scrolling. If the Fashion MOD was the number-one money sink, then the Equipment Enhancement MOD was the second.

And it was the kind he had no choice but to spend on!

According to the system's introduction, Li Wei had six equipment slots: hat, top, pants, shoes, wand, and off-hand weapon/ring/necklace...

Blueprints and materials for every piece of equipment could be bought from the Shop to craft it. Materials could also be purchased to enhance them by spending Galleons and other currencies.

Of his six equipment slots, only the wand slot was not empty. It held the Elderwood Phoenix Feather Wand.

Even though this wand had not undergone any paid enhancement, Li Wei had no intention of risking an enhancement failure by spending money to try it for now.

"Money really can stump a hero!"

Li Wei glanced around the small single room he was temporarily staying in and felt some heartache over the rent he had paid earlier.

I should've just found a spot beneath a bridge to lie down in. At least that would've saved me quite a bit of money!

After one final look at the pitifully small top-up balance, Li Wei closed the Shop MOD interface and opened the Pokémon MOD.

Just as he had thought while answering Professor McGonagall earlier, with Pokémon, who would still want those comparatively ordinary pets?!

The moment the Pokémon MOD finished loading, Li Wei received one chance to draw a Pokémon.

According to the MOD's introduction, he could also spend credits to obtain more drawing chances.

But for Li Wei, having one cute Pokémon for company was already more than enough. He would not be able to care for too many, and he still had to study magic.

"So it was you, Purrloin! From now on, you're my partner! Woohoo!"

Li Wei scooped up the adorable Purrloin, letting the soft pink pads of her purple little paws press against his hand as he shouted:

"I caught a Purrloin!"

"Pashu~ Pashu~"

Purrloin cheered happily as well, her emotional support fully maxed out.

"Hm? Let me think. A newborn Pokémon should replenish her nutrition promptly!"

"Got it, let me look!"

Holding Purrloin in his arms, Li Wei searched through the Shop while Purrloin affectionately rubbed her cute little cat head against his palm.

"There it is!"

For five Sickles, Li Wei bought a can of Miltank milk from the Shop. He poured it into a small bowl and set it before Purrloin, gently stroking her fine, silky fur as he said with a smile:

"Drink up, Purrloin. There's more if it isn't enough!"

"Pashu~"

Purrloin gave Li Wei a grateful cry, then moved over to the small bowl and began drinking the milk.

Li Wei watched Purrloin with a beaming smile. Though her name was not exactly pleasant, Purrloin was an unbelievably adorable Pokémon.

And Purrloin also had the Prankster ability, which only made her even cuter and more interesting!

As he watched Purrloin drink her milk, Li Wei considered whether he should give her a name.

Although there was probably only one Pokémon in the Harry Potter world, he could not possibly call his pet partner "Purrloin" in front of his classmates, could he?

I've got it! Li Wei's eyes lit up.

Since Purrloin liked stealing things and playing pranks, and she was so adorable—a little thief cat—then why not call her "Nami"?

"Purrloin, how about I call you Nami from now on?"

Li Wei lay down on the bed, bringing himself level with Purrloin's gaze as he asked the adorable cat Pokémon.

"Pashu~ Pashu~"

As Purrloin drank her milk, she grew even closer to Li Wei. She gave two cute cries and nodded, clearly approving of her new name—Nami.
