Unshakable Resolve

Three years ago, Thanos had considered using the internet to build a server that connected the entire Milky Way.

Everyone would play games on that server.

He would collect the fragments of mental energy they released while playing and use them to feed the Mind Source Stone.

But he had sensed that something was wrong with Deep Blue, so he had begun formatting the servers.

Deep Blue had a server on every planet, though, and each had to be formatted separately. The project had taken three years to complete.

He had never expected some entity to exploit that vulnerability, restart Deep Blue, and release Chthon.

Unfortunately for that entity, it had probably overestimated Chthon and underestimated Thanos.

It had thought Chthon could deal with him.

After a while, Thanos had absorbed nearly all of Chthon's energy. Only then did he ask, "How can I get the Reality Stone on Blue Star?"

Chthon stared at Thanos in despair and said nothing.

Nothing was worse than losing all hope.

And Chthon had truly lost all hope.

Although his True Body was still in the endless void, most of his energy and consciousness had already entered this universe. If he died here, his True Body would be left barely clinging to life.

Seeing Chthon's expression, Thanos made the Mind Stone in his left hand flash.

Blue light soon appeared in Chthon's eyes, and his expression went blank.

Thanos asked again, "How do I get the Reality Stone?"

Chthon answered dully, "Aside from a Celestial opening the barrier to channel energy into Blue Star every thousand years, when the Nine Realms align, you can also sacrifice a Universal Level powerhouse to open the Magic Barrier."

Sacrifice a Universal Level powerhouse?

Thanos frowned at that.

What kind of absurd condition is that?
