The moment Surtur asked for ten Reality Universes, Thanos's expression remained unchanged, but he stopped paying Surtur any attention.
The nerve of him.
Thanos had created the Infinity Gauntlet to rule a single universe.
If he already had ten universes, why would he bother making an Infinity Gauntlet?
Because he had nothing better to do?
Seeing Thanos ignore him, Surtur immediately changed his tune. "Ten Reality Universes is the price for strangers. Since we know each other so well, I'll settle for five."
Seeing Surtur willing to bargain, Thanos held up one finger to test the waters. "The energy of one galaxy."
Surtur shook his head at once. "Impossible. That's no way to make a counteroffer. How could a Source Artifact be that cheap? Ten galaxy clusters at the very least."
After some haggling, they finally agreed that Thanos would provide the materials and pay Surtur the energy of three galaxies to forge an Origin Infinity Gauntlet.
Thanos soon produced the two Infinity Gauntlets he had acquired, along with the damaged Tyrant's Blade and Tyrant Armor.
Surtur stared at the pile of scrap metal, speechless.
"To make a Source Artifact, you need at least the core of a galactic black hole. These materials can't withstand Origin Power at all."
Thanos merely nodded calmly. "I know. These are only supplementary materials. My true body will get the black hole core shortly."
Ordinary matter could not contain Origin Power. Only matter at least as dense as a black hole could withstand it.
Black holes came in five grades: ordinary, galactic, galaxy-group, galaxy-cluster, and universal.
Beyond black holes, special substances and materials could also form in the endless Chaos Universe. Some were even denser than black holes.
These materials were coveted by Multiversal Level and Omniversal Level powerhouses alike.
Only such chaos materials
