Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive saw their target: a planet two or three times the size of the Blue Star they knew.
This was still ancient times. The gods and Immortals had not yet fled Blue Star or sealed off the Alternate Spaces, so the planet retained its original size.
In the future, when the Celestials began slaughtering and sealing away these Ancient Powerhouses, they would tear chunks from Blue Star to escape pursuit and hide in Alternate Spaces. Blue Star would keep shrinking as a result.
Because Blue Star now differed from the one Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive knew, neither suspected it was the same planet.
They stopped thirty million kilometers from Blue Star and launched Disguised Asteroid Satellites toward their destination.
Several hours later.
"Approaching the target planet. Analyzing technology and extraordinary life-forms."
They had encountered no danger so far, but this was like gambling: win a hundred times, and one loss could still wipe you out.
That was why they took every precaution, checking before each attack to make sure nothing unexpected happened.
"The target planet's atmospheric pressure and oxygen levels are slightly above standard. No signs of technology detected. Superhuman Level and Planetary Level life-forms detected. No Sub-Celestial Father Level entities detected so far."
To Thanos, a Sub-Celestial Father Level fighter was a bug he could crush without effort. To them, such a fighter would be troublesome.
Proxima Midnight smiled at the report.
"Only Planetary Level? Then there's no problem."
Corvus Glaive shook his head and said gravely, "Not necessarily. Planetary Level is only the strength they've shown. Who knows if a Sub-Celestial Father Level fighter is hiding away somewhere, training?"
"Even if there is, so what? We have Spaceships."
With that, Proxima Midnight proceeded as usual. She ordered the Spaceships forward,
