Inside Sanctuary II.
The Titan-class Spaceship had fallen a little behind in an age when technology advanced by the day.
Despite all the repairs and upgrades, and despite its like-new exterior, its performance could no longer keep up with modern warships.
But for historical reasons, Thanos still liked to issue orders from aboard it.
Sanctuary II had thus become the administrative center of the Milky Way, a hallowed place everyone longed to visit.
Only a few senior commanders and generals could enter Sanctuary II, along with scientists who had made extraordinary contributions.
The Black Order and the Executives did not count. They were bioengineered beings, not natural-born people.
Today, however, it welcomed two unusual guests: a very young boy and a beautiful woman.
The boy was Angelo, who possessed spatial powers, and the woman was his mother.
Angelo looked around with wide-eyed curiosity, peering this way and that.
"Wow! Is this the legendary Sanctuary II? It's even more beautiful than the textbooks said!"
Sanctuary II might have fallen behind in performance, but Thanos no longer needed the Titan-class warship for battle. When it came to its interior, he could simply make it as beautiful as he liked.
Angela could only chase after her mischievous son with a helpless look on her face.
"Don't run around. This isn't our home. Come back..."
Angelo ignored his mother and kept wandering and looking around. Before long, he spotted a beautiful painting.
In it, dark clouds filled the sky, broken by a single shaft of sunlight. A tall purple figure stood within the light, descending from the heavens.
Below him, a crowd writhed in chaos.
"Wow! Is this a painting of Emperor Thanos, the Peacekeeper? They say Koran was torn apart by war because its population grew too large. Tens of millions starved to
