Background / History

Odd Weapons Academy is one of the Baroque Kingdom's three advanced academies. Though considered the lowest-ranked of the three, it remains a prestigious institution around the Tianling Mountain Range and draws applicants from eighteen cities surrounding Sky Spirit City during its annual registration. 1

Si Tingxuan joined the academy as an instructor at age twenty-eight. His stated aim was to establish an elite class comparable to Shrek's Seven Monsters, an ambition supported by the academy's director, Serpent Elder Meng Tiancheng. 1

Liu Wuming later seeks admission for Liu Shuangshuang, while Zhao Wuji considers merging Shrek into Odd Weapons Academy because of its resources and access to the All-Continent Elite Tournament. 58

Kingdom Tournament

Odd Weapons Academy enters the Balak Kingdom Tournament seeking the kingdom's sole qualification spot for the All-Continent Elite Tournament. Si Tingxuan selects ten disciples for the campaign and plans a future second team under Bai Jie. 198
