Si Tingxuan arrived in Lion King Town as an Odd Weapons Academy instructor and intervened when Long Wu was threatened by the Long Family Patriarch. After defeating the Patriarch in one move, he accepted Long Wu as his first documented disciple; cultivating alongside him greatly increased her cultivation speed 10.

His reputation grew through repeated victories over stronger Soul Masters and hostile factions. He defended Long Wu from Shi Shengtian and repelled Shi Shengtian's instructor, Chou Yuan, while insisting that students should conduct themselves with humility and respect 11.
