Kurama Clan and the Sealed Sharingan

As soon as Kakashi finished speaking, the two of them were led by clan members into the depths of the Uchiha District.

Ahead stood a newly renovated courtyard.

Ren sat beside a stone table in the courtyard, with training records from the Temple's various squads at hand. Fugaku was not present, nor were any Temple members standing guard nearby.

"Ren."

Kakashi greeted him first.

Kurenai Yuhi gave a solemn bow.

"Clan Head Ren."

Ren set down the records in his hand and looked at the two of them.

"You came to see me together, but it probably wasn't for the same matter."

"Indeed not."

Kakashi raised a hand and pointed at his left eye, concealed beneath his forehead protector.

"I came because of the seal on this Sharingan."

"As my chakra and body have continued to grow stronger, that seal has begun to affect my use of the Sharingan. I would like to ask you to remove it for me."

This was not a complicated matter.

Back then, the condition for the Uchiha allowing Kakashi to keep Obito's Sharingan had been that he accept a seal, preventing the eye from falling into outsiders' hands if he were controlled or killed.

Kakashi had now reached Kage Level, and he also had Kamui as a means of saving his life.

The seal that had originally been meant to protect the Sharingan truly no longer needed to remain.

"Fine."

Ren agreed immediately.

"Once her matter has been dealt with, I'll remove the seal for you."

Kakashi nodded and stepped aside.
