Even though Lilith had only given him a few insignificant hints, Abner had used them as a fulcrum to "gain insight" into the truth behind why he had previously fought a Glorious One to the death for no apparent reason.

It had always been said that the Reader Pathway best embodied the authority of "Omniscience." So-called "Omniscience" did not simply mean possessing a vast store of knowledge and knowing everything.
