Stranger still, viewing the card from different angles revealed many entirely different Roselles. Some were old, some young; some male, some female. They looked nothing alike, yet every face made you feel certain it was Roselle.

In the lower half of the portrait, this uncanny Roselle held three translucent twelve-segmented Worms of Time, like the hour, minute, and second hands of a clock.

The card was still sealed, so it had yet to reveal the Potion formulas of the Error Pathway.

Holding the Card of Blasphemy, Abner tried saying "Amon," "bug," "Bernadette," and "Isabella" in various languages. None drew a response.

Then he glanced at Roselle's dark expression and the pose in which he held the Worms of Time. An idea struck him, and he said
