Porygon2 knew the mastermind had discovered it had broken free of the "suggestion," but it wasn't worried.
As long as it didn't spread a new patch, Unit One probably wouldn't risk making an enemy of Baimu to deal with it.
With a Trainer backing it up, even the biggest problem became a small one.
