When Baimu and the others arrived, Ryuto grinned and held up a Poké Ball.
Arven exclaimed, "Not bad!"
They had both sneaked into Area Zero and both ended up stranded there.
Although Ryuto was Baimu's friend, Arven had assumed the boy couldn't be much stronger than him...
That had given Arven the courage to battle Iron Leaves.
Clearly, he'd misjudged Ryuto!
"Congratulations, Ryuto!" Nemona said with a smile.
Whether to catch a Pokémon was a personal choice, and catching Wild Pokémon was a trainer's right. As student council president, she would never force her values on anyone.
Even if she thought it was a shame that one of the Future Swords of Justice had gotten away.
Penny looked puzzled. "But I thought I just saw Iron Boulder jump past the mountaintop and join the other two."
"Huh?"
Ryuto and Arven froze.
"I saw it too," Baimu said. "So what did you catch, Ryuto?"
"This one!"
Ryuto opened the Poké Ball with a grin.
Pop!
Light flashed, and an Iron Bundle with a matte finish landed on the ground. Its head spun a full 360 degrees as it let out a series of beeps.
Penny shut her eyes, unable to bear the sight.

That bizarre creature is definitely not an adorable Delibird!
"You caught it?" Nemona cried in delight. "The Future Pokémon Iron Bundle!"
"Iron Bundle? That's its name? So it's like Miraidon after all. At first, I thought it was some professor's prank, but then I realized something was off."
Ryuto rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
As a man who had once piloted Groudon and Kyogre robots, he hadn't initially taken Iron Bundle for a Pokémon either.
Then he'd grown suspicious and tried throwing a Poké Ball.

It went straight
